Chi Gong is a simple but powerful method of directing energy flow through the body. The movements are similar to those of Tai Chi and are designed to improve body health, emotional calm, and spirituality. The free training will begin with a brief overview of the history of Chi Gong. In this session, we will work through a specific series of actions that may foster healing during times of grief. Our instructor will guide you through a series of gentle moves which can be completed standing or seated.
