The Southern Arizona Senior Pride Honoring A Life Workshop can provide you with information and guidance as you decide what care you want if you are medically incapacitated for any reason.
- Have you thought about your Advance Medical Care wishes?
- Would you like to take the next step in making those wishes into directives?
- Would you like help choosing someone who can represent you if you cannot represent yourself?
If you answered “YES” to any or all of these questions, register by July 11, 2022 to attend our next Honoring A Life workshop.
