Meet and Complete – Deaf

The EOLCP and Southern Arizona Senior Pride are joining with the Community Outreach Program for the Deaf for a special follow-up session to the December 13th Honoring A Life. This workshop is designed to help individuals complete their advance care planning documents. (Attendance at the December 13th event is not required.)
